Meet Northwoods International Principal Garrett Fischer, Engaged Parent Kelly Colgan & the PTO leader (invited)

Northwoods International Elementary School on Cty Hwy B services children the eastern-most portion of the Northside including the Red Cloud Park, Lower Northside Depot and Schuh-Mullen Homes areas. It is shown in the light blue overlay below. Parent Kelly Colgan (also owner of Colgan Air near the airport) asked to speak to the NLBA to raise awareness of their boundaries, dynamics, and needs. The principal, Garrett Fischer, is now attending and the head of the PTO is invited.
